The Justice Research Center (JRC) is a research and evaluation consulting firm specializing in studies of criminal and juvenile justice systems including the areas of law enforcement, courts, corrections, detention, risk and needs assessment analyses, probation and parole, court processing, case flow management, management information systems, and costbenefit assessments of system components. The JRC is a Florida Minority Business Enterprise with headquarters in Tallahassee, Florida and satellite offices in California.
